The government of Pakistan announced a free visa for nationals of 126 countries, visa will be issued citizens of these countries within 24 hours.
The type of visa is electronic visa and all eligible countries citizens can apply online, according to Pakistani officials the process is now very simplified, before it there around 100 question and information to complete the eVisa application but now it’s only 30 questions which should answered in visa application.
Besides the Pakistan visa free entry citizens of gulf countries are completely exempt from visa, citizens of Bahrain, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar can visit Pakistan without any visa. The duration of visa free nationals is 90 days. They can Stay in Pakistan for 90 days without visa and if they want to stay for longer period they can apply for eVisa.

Yes, if you are on a tourist visa to Pakistan and your Pakistan visa is about to expire, you can apply for a visa extension. Typically, the same duration of stay will be granted to you. For example, if your current visa has a 90-day stay duration, an additional 90 days will usually be granted with the extension.
You need to apply for a visa extension before your current Pakistan visa expires. However, it’s not a major issue if your visa has expired; you can still apply for an extension. Just be aware that if your visa has been expired for more than two weeks, you may be fined.
